Oh what a FABULOUS giveaway! The shining star in my Phat Fiber box one month was this beautiful little batt from Silver Sun Alpacas! It was full of super soft fibers, light blue with whitees and some sparlking goodness too. It was so pretty all spun up I kept it for myself :) I have also bought one of their drop spindle kits, love my wheel but so nice to have a good quality drop spindle in my stash! I love her undyed fibers - they look lovely, and I would like to experiment more with dying. However, I think Purple Ocean is my favorite right now. Or maybe Purple Passion. I kinda like purple, can you tell?

ReplyDeleteI love Silver Sun Alpacas and have her trio of spindles. I'm using one now for the Tour de slow new spinners! I have some of her white bamboo top sitting in my spindle vase to inspire me,with a pix of Soliel. I'm jonesing over her Island Blue milk protein, the Caribbean's Waves-mohair,bamboo, merino batt, the Chambord truffle-mohair,wool top batt & the Fire & Ice superwash wool & merino batt.
