Wild Hare and Giveaway!



I'm so very excited to be featuring this Phattie today. Wild Hare's shop is absolutely brimming with fiber candy of all shapes and sizes! From the awesome Spinolution wheels and spindles to art yarns and finished scarves this shop has it all!

  8. I have the travel niddy noddy and LOVE it. It is nice that I can store it in such a small space! So many items in her shop right now are to dye for (HA!), but my absolute fav is the laurel tweed roving. It looks SOOO pretty!!! I bet it would make a great lacy hat or scarflet...

  12. Oh, the Copper Penny roving, hands down. I am a sucker for those colours. The Contemplation roving comes a close second, though. And I'm in awe of the depth of colour on the Malachite, too; I can't get my greens that saturated.

  17. I was just drooling over her shop yesterday. My pretty-near-randomly-picked-favorite (because I want it ALL) is Gypsy Rose.

    1) Because I almost named my first daughter Gypsy.

    2) Because it makes me feel comfortable with selling the occasional small, artsy skein.

    3) Because it's so dadgum purty.

  54. Difficult! But I keep coming back to the sampler of local coopworth roving - five different natural colors, and if you read the detailed description you will even find the names of the sheep that the wool came from!
