Elizabeth Zimmerman was born 100 years ago on 8-9-10! I have missed any events marking this occasion, but I was thrilled to see that Heather from Winemakerssister is offering a beautiful commemorative set- notecards and mugs with your favorite EZ sayings, in her shop.

I love the Fairy and Flower Stitch Markers! Although the Swarm Of Dragonflies Stitch Markers are lovely too - I'm having a hard time deciding which of those is my favorite. =)

ReplyDeleteI love, love, love the hand carved rubber stamp with the spindle on it. Would be great for tagging gifts and handspun yarn. Then there is the hand carved rubber stamp with the winter mittens that is also a must have for holiday letters, cards and tags. And...

She is so kind and considerate and sneaky (I had no idea it was her even after spending a whole day with her!) and it's so wonderful that she lives so close. ReplyDeleteNow, as for her shop-I am totally a huge geek (as shown by the TARDIS cookie jar she sent me in my swap package) and the Ravenclaw charm bracelet is absolutely wonderful! I totally love anything Harry Potter, and the bracelets are just fantastic little ways to show you're a fan.
Heather makes some beautiful stitch markers and spins a great yarn. She's very clever and a wonderful person to know! Keep up the stunning work!

ReplyDeleteI'll admit to my full-on love for Winemakerssister -- I already have a hive of honeybee stitch markers for Lampyridae's Clapotis KAL, and a lucky cat (red) and coin set. They're phenomenal and I keep reaching for them again and again.
