I think I'm still on a WCMercantile high! It was so amazing to see Steph's shop and to meet her! I was also privileged to me a wonderful young woman named Katie from SandyHillFarm, also in TX and she is the one who hand carded all of the luscious samples in the August box!
Speaking of samples, these are a gorgeous blend of wool, farm raised mohair locks and silk in the most amazing sunset colors. I don't see this particular set in the shop right now, but Stephanie is such a warm and friendly person, it would be easy to message her and ask for a recreation. I recently spun some of the Flying Wright Farm silky mohair- (also hand carded by Katie) and it was just dreamy!
We're giving away this beautiful rolag set! Please visit WCMercantile today, find something you love, come back and write about it in the comments section below. We'll be drawing for a winner later in the week, but be sure and let your friends on FB, twitter, plurk and ravelry know about this giveaway too.

ReplyDeleteWhat DON't I love about WCMercantile? My favorite item in the shop at the moment? The Ashford Fine Tooth Drum Carder with Packer Brush because I dream of the day when I can afford a drum carder!
