Rachel of Counting Sheep Farm is one of my favorite phatties! You just can't help feel great about purchasing from the artist-mother of 8 children!
This month, Rachel sent in several different items, but I really loved "The Pride" colorway she did on the soysilk- it is just very lion-ey!
After looking at The Counting Sheep Farm website, looks like if you're going to the Northern Michigan Lamb and Wool in Sept, you'll be able to see her goods in person!
We're giving away this beautiful set of 50gm sock yarns in Rachel's wonderful 'African Plains' colorway. I'm such a sucker for greens! Please visit Counting Sheep Farm, find something you love, and write about it in the comments section below- extra points awarded to those who twitter, facebook, plurk etc!
All the links to Counting Sheep Farm in your post take me to a thread in the Rav group.
ReplyDeleteI visited the store and really like the Cobblestone colorway in fingering weight (http://stores.countingsheepfarm.com/-strse-84/My8kidsmom-Hand-Dyed-Fingering/Detail.bok). Love that one!
I'm also a huge green fan, but what I'm really liking from the shop is the Fright hand-dyed sock yarn.
