Starting the week out with some yarrrny goodness from
Bitsy Knits!!
Bisty shook things up this month and sent in some delicate kid mohair laceweight yarn. I have yet to knit with laceweight mohair, but I've always admired those ethereal shawls knit with them! I am envisioning sparkling faerie-like shawls made with this gorgeous "precious gems" colorway!
Please visit
Bitsy Knits today for a chance to win this 50 gm hank! We want to know what your favorite things in her shop are... please let us know in the comments section below! We'll be drawing for a winner later in the week, so please utilize facebook and twitter and let everyone know about
Bitsy's shop! We'll count those pings as extra entries!

ReplyDeleteI love this Kido Lame! I've been eyeing it since she first posted it on Ravelry. I think it would make a lovely Wisp.
ReplyDeleteI also really enjoy the Squee yarns because that's the sound I usually make when I get an Etsy package in the mail.
I really like the Kiddo Lame Precious Gems, too. I received one in my Phat Fiber box this month, and it definitely stood out amongst the pack! It would look so lovely as a light, airy scarf!
ReplyDeleteYour very vivid colors are inspirational but there is just something special about that Shades of the Forest that catches my eye.
ReplyDeleteFell hard for the Roses in France colorway (though I'm not usually a pink person!).. and, of course, Birds in Flight. I am such a sucker for vivid rainbows.

ReplyDeleteOoooh, so many things, hard to choose! If I had to, I would choose the SpinOlution Mach II Spinning Wheel. Yeah, it's not fiber, but it would be great to have it. If I have to choose a fiber, it's the one being given away, Kido Lame.

violets are blue!
ReplyDeleteThe "Kido Lame Sparkling Laceweight Kid Mohair in Precious Gems" is my favourite item in the shop! It is gorgeous :D
ReplyDeleteWell, I covet the Queen Bee, but my favorite fiber in the shop (it's so hard to choose!) has to be the "Forest in Moonlight" BFL top. It's really appealing to the muted earth tones groove I've got going on.
