You can't tell the absolute squishiness from this photo- but Northstaralpacas is the definition of soft. Northstaralpacas has babysoft alpaca yarn- millspun and handspun and it's just an amazing treat for your needles. If you haven't tried any yet, you're really missing out!!
I love that with every purchase, you get a picture card of the animal that the fiber is from. Maple's Alpacas are more like pets, with names and personalities. Every purchase made goes directly toward the care and feeding of these animals.
We're giving away this beautiful Suri/Huacaya alpaca yarn from "Polaris". It's 250 yards of worsted weight goodness!! Please visit Northstaralpacas today, find something you love, and write about it in the comments section below. We'll draw for a winner later in the week, so be sure and use facebook/twitter to spread the word and gain extra entries!

ReplyDeleteWhat a gorgeous roving. I like to use roving in my rug hooking projects. Can make wonderful flowers. I have used it in the sky to created wonderful sunset pictures. This would look great to create a field with flowers. Thank you for hosting this give away.
I'm still spinning the last batch of baby alpaca fiber I got from Maple and it's amazing. I'm in love.
ReplyDeleteIt's hard to choose only one item... if I had to order just one, it would be the golden brown roving from Polaris. For some reason I like alpaca in its natural color.
