Into the Whirled Carded Batt Giveaway!





Hee hee!! I told you, you would be excited about the giveaways this week!! You might recognize this beautiful batt as one from Into the Whirled. I love her batts. I love them so much, I haven't bought one in a while and I'm really needing to. They are really perfect for every spinner- perfect, that word really describes them. It takes a lot of skill to be able to card batts into perfect color changes like this!

We're giving away this beauty called "Nebula" which also happens to be the colorway in June's Sci Fi box this month! All you need do, is visit Into the Whirled today, find something you love, write about it in the comments section below and you're entered to win.     The nebula colorway has caught my heart; and the Bukavu Sock Yarn? GORGEOUS! Love it all!

  10. I love the spread of colors and the unique color combinations. There's such a soft gradiation, and I also love that you can scroll down and get an idea of what the colors look like all spun up!

  32. I'm usually more of a top/braid fan, but these batts look amazing! I pick "Fondant" in Falkland as my favorite, with the Odds & Ends as runner up. Lovely!

  33. I am a long fan of ITW! I love her colours are sometimes a little "off" - that tickles my eye. I have knitted fabulous things from her batts - and she gets all the credit, because she makes those beautiful colourways.

    The Beaufort Batt Falkland has catched me because I can see another Nessie in it.

  37. There's alot to like over at ITW. Although I love the colors in The Bird Girl BFL, the Falkland in the Spice of Life colorway really caught my eye. I wouldn't have thought to combine the rust with the cool colors, but it really works.

  46. I think the Polwarth in Calico Blue was my favorite - but really, so many great colors! Also, she named a colorway RAINBOW DASH. Gotta love that! MLP FTW!

  53. As it's been said before there isn't anything that I don't love about "Into the Whirled" site.

    Being new to spinning, I just wish I had more experience because I'd love to buy "Cloud 9". It truly looks like a cloud... soft and airy.

    My stash already includes various fiber from ITW and I have a skein of Ulundi sock yarn waiting to be knit into a shawl. I'd really like to get my hands on some Bukavu sock yarn too, but which one? The Filibuster is probably the strongest candidate.
