Desert Garden Fiber and Spindle kit giveaway!


We have a really fun spinning kit giveaway from Desert Garden today! Last month for the Sci- Fi box, Jennifer created some lovely "Metropolis" batts- you remember that old movie? It's really futuristic/high concept. Love it!

I'm here to tell ya, Desert Garden is back from vacation and her shop is full of fiber! She's always got some Spin A Long going on too- You can purchase 3 months to a year of spin a long packages and wait for a special surprise every month!

    I just love the Tumbleweed #8 batt! It looks just like my favorite cotton candy bubblegum I used to devour as a kid.

    I'm not usually attracted to pink, but I love the Bashful Cactus Blossom mini batts. She's captured the colors really well and it makes me want to see how the combination would spin up.

    The Weathered Farm House Batt is my absolutely favorite....absolutely love the color! The Clara Baton batt comes in a close second, though.

    I like her drop whorl spindles, because she adds a little jewel to them, which I could only imagine that it looks awesome when you spin it (which I love to watch from above when I spin).

    I have been jonesing for some good Rocky Road Ice Cream, and along comes Desert Garden with ROCKY ROAD Tumbleweeds Carded Batts 2 Ounce. Just as yummy, longer lasting and no guilt. LOVE IT!
