Friends in Fiber Llama in the vineyard handspun giveaway!
Check out this gorgeous handspun by Peg, one of the lovely ladies of Friends in Fiber. It's a gorgeous tri colored 3 ply llama handspun- amazing!! It's 146 yards of worsted weight lovely for you to play with! Included in this giveaway, is the sample that Friends in Fiber sent in for November- yay!
There really is so much awesomeness going on at Friends in Fiber today. You can see finished objects, beautiful handspuns and gorgeous dyed fiber. New at the shop is a nifty felted needle starter kit. I have to say, I would love to have this for myself!

Oh wow. That looks like it feels delicious. (So much sensory confusion there!) What an awesome shop. The BFL/Silk in Cranberry Bog drew my eye right off, though. Wow!

ReplyDeleteomg, EVERYTHING looks amazing - such a wonderful range of fibers! I don't spin (yet), but just want to pet the tussah silk in green flash. Like forever. The cranberry bog colorway is also really stunning.

I love pretty much everything Friends in Fiber does, but I have to say, "Copper Mine" has been calling me for a long time....

I've ordered from them before, very nice. I'm loving their "moss" fiber but their BFL/silk yarn "copper mine" is amazing as well.

ReplyDeleteOh my goodness! I adore the "Hand Knit Whimsical Long-Tail Toddler Hat" and if I had a toddler I would buy it immediately! As it is, I think I need to work on both producing a toddler and more handspun to knit up hats for the toddler. What, you say I need a baby first? Oh, DH... ;o)

I love the BFL/Silk in "Rain Forest" It had me at the blues and greens and the fiber content just made it extra special!
