The Critter Ranch





We have a lovely bit of extravagance to give away today! How about a treat of Llama Cashmere, Mulberry Silk, and Firestar?! The Critter Ranch sent in these lovely samples for the January "Luxe" box. I haven't seen anyone post pictures of this spun up, but I would sure love to see it!

The Critter Ranch has just pages of luxurious Llama and other super-soft fibers to be had! Beautiful handspun, small fiber pack samplers- lovely, lovely stuff!

  4. Oh my gosh, it is like fiber candy.
    I'm really liking the Victorian Elegance batt collection, the rose and grey Falkland top, the Just for Fun batt, the At the Woods Edge batt, and the black and red leather llama/tencel blend.

  5. I am truly amazed at the wide range of gorgeous colorways offered. They are all so vibrant and soft looking that you want to just reach out and run your finger through them! My absolute favorite is from the fiber club barn dances. I love the Wall Flowers & Tusah Silk, January Barn Dance, Extras 1.oz total locks and silk in Pink, blue, violet, yellow and moss green because of the beautifully mixed color combinations.

  20. A smooth batt would be nice. I'm so tired of batts that are supposed to be smooth but end up lumpy and hard to spin. I like how they have a section just for Smooth Batts.

  57. I really like the tweeds of gray. I looked at all the wonderful colours first, but my eyes kept returning to those natural colours with just a hint of sparkle and shinyness.

    I did spin the sample I got in the Jan box, and shared it with the Rav group. I wasn't sure where to post it in the group! It was a fun spin!
