Ladybug Fiber Co sock yarn giveaway!






I hope everyone will be getting their All Things Purple sampler boxes starting tomorrow- but in the meantime, I know you've all got itchy trigger fingers to get your knitting needles on some delicious sock yarn- and I've got just the ticket! Ladybug Fiber Co!

We've got a gorgeous skein of kettle dyed goodness called "Vineyard at Sunrise" and I thought it would be especially apropos to feature this one today, with all the purpley undertones! There is more where this came from over at Ladybyg Fiber Co!

    My favorite Ladybug Fiber Co. colorway was one I got in a Phat Fiber box once, but I don't remember the name. I've loved every sample I've ever gotten from them. My favorite that is currently in the etsy shop is called "A Little Bit Wild & Crazy".

    Today is a very purple day apparently, I can't make up my mind which I like most of the Boysenberry, Oregon Grape, Vineyard at dusk or Purple People Eater sock yarn. Although the last one definitely has the coolest name.

    It would have to be Self Striping Sock Yarn, Superwash Merino and Nylon Fingering Weight, in "Conifers" - I have some handspun green yarn that would go perfectly with it as the toes/heels/cuffs of a really gorgeous pair of socks!

    For me it's a toss up between these two colours that are flower themed. I think perhaps the scabiosa wins by just a skinch :)
