Quaere Fibre Sock Yarn Giveaway!






Quaere Fibre yarn is addicting. I felt I should just put that out there first before I ask you to go visit the shop. There are a few pages of amazing colorways and delicious bases- your purchase trigger finger will get itchy to click "add to cart"!

It appears that Janel's powerpuff girls colorways are still available in her shop- good news! I think some stripey powerpuff girl socks would be perfect summer knitting!

    I am a huge fan of Janel's. I love her yarns so much -- and they are definitely addicting. I adore Tokyo Underground and had to have a skein, so I bought one recently. I'm still keeping my eyes on Tropical Fish though.

    First off I love the yarn photos in shop. A real pleasure to see, but it makes it hard to pick a single favorite. I narrowed it down to the 50/50 Merino/Silk, Robins Egg Blue. Gorgeous color!!!

    The merino/silk sock yarn in Sage is gorgeous. I'd have to use it for a shawl or gloves, though, because it's not machine-washable.

    I hardly ever buy yarn anymore (I spin more that I can knit), but Janel is constantly testing that decision with her beautiful colorways.

    I think my favorite right now is Sage in merino/silk. Gorgeous, subtle, rich... really lovely.

    I have The Doctor and Vincent on sock sparkle so I'd have to choose a different colourway I might try Phoenix the self striping sock yarn or maybe Tropical Fish!!

    Oh i am absolutely in love with the Sun and Sand colorway! Any blend would be heavenly in that combination. I also am drawn to the Raisin colorway. Just so rich looking! Thx so much!
