This will probably be the last Hilltop Cloud fiber I feature on the blog for quite some time, so let's everyone take a nice look at what is happening over at the Hilltop Cloud shop!
If you're looking for expertly dyed fiber on gorgeous bases, please spend some time at the Hilltop Cloud shop! I am particularly fond of the "Blue Tit" bird inspired fiber she has currently!

We will count your extra social networking on pinterest, facebook, ravelry, twitter, plurk, google+ etc as entries! Please let us know where you "pinged".

I think my favourite is the Shetland Roving, Shetland Merino Silk - Peacock Roving, 100g.
ReplyDeleteWhat *don't* I love from Hilltop Cloud? Today the Katherine of Aragon and the Moorhen braids that catch my eye the most. And I can't get over that owl-patterned spindle case with the natural background -- too cute!
ReplyDeleteI have these and some other Hilltop Cloud braids and batts pinned on my Spinning & Fibre board at Pinterest: http://www.pinterest.com/owldaughter/spinning-fibre/

ReplyDeleteI found Hilltop Cloud on Facebook and liked it. I found the etsy page and liked it. I went to the shop and poked around. I want that BEST OF BRITISH fiber club!
So glad to know this shop exists. AND-bfl/silk/cashmere is about my favorite fiber combo, ever.

ReplyDeleteWhen offered 2 things, it's so hard for me to choose just 1. I often say I am a "both" type of person, so the Birds Collection Sampler- Blue tones is just perfect for me!

ReplyDeleteIt is really impossible to choose one item from the HTC shop, so here are my top 3:
ReplyDelete1) Drop spindle bag - varied fabrics, covering a plastic drink bottle that protects your spindle (fits a Golding 3 inch);
2) Southdown top (not Babydoll) - springy & takes dye beautifully, socks made from it can machine washed!; &
3) Light rainbow Shetland/tussah silk blend - dream to pre-draft, looking forward to spindling it.
