I think this might be my favorite Quaere Fibre sock yarn ever! That is saying a lot! This so aptly named "Iris" colorway just transports me to late Spring when the Iris is blooming and the weather is perfect here. I think Janel did a fantastic job capture just the essence of Iris on this yarn- and with the hint of gleaming stellina, it's just perfect!

ReplyDeleteJanel is wonderful. I think my favorite will always be Witches Britches, then Harajuku. I met her at a Meet the Dyer event when I was back in Rhode Island about a month ago, and I finally got to fondle the yarn in person. So worth the almost-two-hour drive!

Love her Doctor Who inspired colors! Actually love all of her colors. But the Vincent and the Doctor colorway really does look like she rolled the skein over Starry Night and picked up all the colors.
