This is our last giveaway of this round! For our final giveaway, we have a luscious blend of Tussah Silk and Alpaca from Plum Crazy Fiber Art. This is a super soft and fluffy blend of fiber that would be beautiful spun into fine lace weight yarn. I think I would want to spun it and then dye it. This fiber would take dye wonderfully (though the soft white is also lovely).
Gayle has all sorts of wonderful luxury fibers. You'll have a hard time finding just one item to love (not that that is a requirement at all!)

ReplyDeleteThe colors in the Teeswater longwool locks are so pretty, and the spun mink yarn is just so fuzzy and warm looking. I also love her needle felting needles, it's hard to find the unique ones and they are very good quality.

ReplyDeleteWow! They have guanaco. This is the second rarest camelid fiber in this hemisphere. It's so nice to see it at a resonable price, as well. There has been some work done to establish guanacos in the US, but the soft, golden fiber remains out of reach for most of us.
