Rachel from Counting Sheep Farm has an amazing new website! We're so excited for her and hope that this change brings much prosperity!
Above is a sneak preview of what could be in your Phat Fiber box this month- beautiful "Emerald City" carded batts!
I'll skip right to the part you're all wondering about- the giveaway! Rachel has sent in a book called "Maiden Shawl" by Jane Ann Jibson- more about the book att Arbor Yarns.
She also sent in enough My8KidsMom hand dyed laceweight ( in a gorgeous mottled gray!) to complete the shawl pattern that illustrates the book!
To be eligible for this wonderful giveaway, all you need do is visit Counting Sheep Farm, find something you like, and write about it in the comments section below. We'll be drawing for the winner later this week, so be sure and use a social networking tool to ping about Rachel's shop and the giveaway because we'll count that entry twice. Make sure you tell us where you twittered/facebook'd etc and to leave an identifying mark so we can track you down in case you win!
Thank you Rachel for sharing your wonderfully creative work and your new website with us!
Ooh, that "Silky PJs" batt looks luscious! I also love the "Something Wicked This Way Comes" sock yarn (good for our literary theme this month!).

There's a listing for roving that says 70% Alpaca, 15% Cormo and 15% Silk. It also says "Extremely soft and a dream to spin!" and there's no problem whatsoever in convincing me about that. That's on top of my whishlist today.
