In their shop they have BFL/Silk rolags, BFL/Silk Spinning Batt, BFL/Silk Top, and Silk Hankies all in this same Emerald City colorway. I know because I've stalked every single listing of this amazing colorway. I love it SO much.

Julie from Knarwhal Knits sent us these adorable little mini-skeins in bright spring colors! The colorway is called Egg Hunt. These are on her Watercolor Squish base that's 100% superwash merino. Who doesn't love mini-skeins? I'm completely addicted. I'm still sometimes working on my Beekeeper's Quilt, but really, I just love making motifs with minis. Each of these 10 minis are 20 yds long. What a fun bright pop of color that you can work into your next project that calls for minis! It's hard to part with these lovely little skeins. I may have to run over to her shop and pick some up.

Meagan from Luthvarian Fiber Arts sent us this beautiful fluffy batt made from soft bouncy Merino wool and sparkly Firestar. This batt is two ounces, but it looks like four because it's so fluffy. I want to open it up and start drafting! The blues and subtle greens are soothing. I'd love to see how this spins up. Would you spin it as a single? Ply it on itself? Ply it with something else you have on hand?

Claire at The Hippie Homemaker decided to have fun with the theme of The Wizard of Oz by dyeing a batch of "Wicked" BFL braids. She sent us one for our giveaway! This is one of my favorite color combinations of all time. The deep violet with the bright green just makes the artists in me feel so good. This braid is 3.35 oz. I will love seeing what the winner does with this braid!  She has more listed in her shop right now.

Knarwhal Knits Gift

Here's a pic of the finished yarn spun from Knarwhal Knits roving that I promised I would post. It came out so nice. About 150 yds in two ply. Not bad. Probably a little thinner than I usually manage. Now to decide what to knit with it...

Spun up a gorgeous little gift!

Knarwhal Knits included a roving just for me when she sent in her March Phat Fiber samples.

This was a 3 oz bit of fluff called Easter Basket. When I opened it up, there were three long sections in yellow/orange, blue/green, and violet/pink.

Blue/Green section 

I divided each section on half, then pre-drafted them into a fluffy roving. I then spun each section in order on two bobbins. I plied them together to create this gorgeous yarn! 

Now it is drying after a nice wash. I will add a finished photo when I take it down in the morning. For now, here's a finished on the bobbin photo.

The shared this as her samples in the March Wizard of Oz box. "Are you a Good Witch or a Bad Witch?" is the title of this soft and lovely blend. This is Merino and Nylon with a touch of Stellina for sparkle. 438 yards of gorgeous yarn that would be perfect for your next shawl or socks! I'm addicted to fingering weight yarn and this one just begs to be knitted. I hope that whoever wins this will show us what they knit. I keep picturing a triangle shawl when I'm daydreaming with these gorgeous giveaways in my hand.

She sent us a double set of 4 different fantastic rolags for 8 total. These Woolly Lion colors are completely yummy and range from soft browns to black with bright pops of color. She included the fiber content on the packages. These rolags are the same ones that she included in the phat boxes this month. The range of colors and the different fibers make me want to dance!

Fellview Fibres Giveaway from the March Phat Fiber Contributors

This is our second of eight giveaways from our March contributors. The first giveaway is for a batch of rolags from The Wooly Witch. This second one is a super soft custom blend from Fellview Fibres.  This fantastic braid was inspired by the brindle colors of Toto from the Wizard of Oz. It is super soft and easy to draft. If this was the only fiber I could ever spin again, I would still be filled with fluffy happiness!

I love the story of Toto that she shared almost as much as I love this super fiber blend roving. This is something that I will continually go to for as my favorite brown roving. It's soft, fluffy, and just loves to be twisted up into yarn. She says on the site that: The blend is made from soft merino fibres in shades of brown blended with natural shades of baby alpaca in brown and grey, finished off with black bamboo.

More from The Wooly Witch!! Rolags Giveaway

We loved them last time. This is the first of our giveaway from March contributors. We have 8 giveaways that will start in the next few days.

I did not take them out of their protective plastic. I didn't want to stretch or disturb the soft and beautiful fibers (I also didn't want to mix them up!). This giveaway is for a dozen rolags from The Wooly Witch She listed the fiber contents of each on the package. They range from a super rainbow to my favorite green/violet combination. These rolags were almost too much for me. I could picture myself waking up from a fugue state covered in chocolate with a perfect single spun in line from all of these rolags sitting on my bobbin. They look even better in person than I could capture on camera.
