Fiber Fancy's "Toad's Eye" Giveaway!

For April's box, Diana sent in "Toad's Eye" hand pulled batt rolls. This colorway is so beautiful and unique, I felt I needed to feature it right away! I also just learned that it is non-repeatable, so if you're interested in snagging some from the Fiber Fancy shop, please go ahead and do so!

Last time I featured Fiber Fancy, I told you about my Greek Goddess SAL. I still haven't spun those batts! I want it to be just right and I've been pondering on how to spin them. I'll follow my own advice though, and dive in!

One of the things, I'm quite excited about- is Fiber Fancy is now stocking sock yarn! Looks like the Toad's Eye sock yarn is already sold out from her shop, I'm not sure if it is repeatable on the yarn or not. Diana is always open to custom orders though, so feel free to convo her!

We're giving away this 1 oz hand pulled batt roll to a lucky commenter! Just visit Fiber Fancy's shop, find something you like, and post about it in the comments section below. Remember to use twitter, facebook, plurk etc to your advantage and gain a second entry- just let me know where you did it.

I clicked on the milk fiber blend "jumping into autumn" and I thought 'hmmm..that looks familiar...' and sure enough, I'd already added it to my favorites. I guess I like what I like?

I also like that she has all sorts of fibers I've never heard of!

Gosh! It's so hard to choose. I like the merino/milk one that is greyish green and orange. The turquoise batt is nice too.

I always 'visit' Fiber Fancy's Esty shop on a regular basis, just for the 'drool' factor.
Love her 'playing in the kettle' series and she offers some honkin' 8oz rovings.
Though when I saw the 'Toad's Eye' for the PhatFiber Samples, my jaw actually dropped! I absolutely loooove this colorway!
I managed to hook a 'fluff' box and pray that this one is in there.
Pleeeaaase repeat this fiber...its a 'seller' for sure!

I love anything Fiber Fancy!!! She does the most amazing dye work! I keep wavering on the play in my kettle SAL. So yah, if I could one pick on thing from FF it would be the Kettle SAL. Love it.

Fiber Fancy already takes up some space in my stash. A good addition would be Jumping into Autumn. And Grape Streak would balance the color selection in my stash, so maybe ...?

The "Playing in the Kettle, Hand Dyed, 4 ounces, Punta Wool Combed Top, Roving in Rusted Plums" looks super scrumshus. I need to get my hands on more pretty fun fiber to spin, might have to buy some.
