Elizabeth Zimmerman was born 100 years ago on 8-9-10! I have missed any events marking this occasion, but I was thrilled to see that Heather from Winemakerssister is offering a beautiful commemorative set- notecards and mugs with your favorite EZ sayings, in her shop.

I really love the stamps, more than anything else. Particularly the yarn and needles one, but also the snail mail stamps.

My favorite, other than the EZ quote, is the Knitting love mug! My favorite stamp is the curly sheep :)
I love the Black Linen Tea Wallet. Of course the yarn ho tumbler made me laugh so I like that one too.

My favorite quote by EZ is "For people allergic to wool, one's heart can only bleed." Although I've knit with some bamboo, so the hardships aren't totally there. =)
I was just looking at this set day before yesterday and was hoping to get it once I get paid! I also love the coffee mug that talks about the apocalypse and nothing surviving but cockroaches and Red Heart. :)

I love the Fairy and Flower Stitch Markers! Although the Swarm Of Dragonflies Stitch Markers are lovely too - I'm having a hard time deciding which of those is my favorite. =)

I LOVE the hand carved stamps for knitters, especially the heart of yarn with the needles through it. I've been wanting to design my own tags for when I gift my knitting. This is going to help!!

I love, love, love the hand carved rubber stamp with the spindle on it. Would be great for tagging gifts and handspun yarn. Then there is the hand carved rubber stamp with the winter mittens that is also a must have for holiday letters, cards and tags. And...
The knitidiot mugs are incredibly fun. I really need to win the lotto.

My personal favorite, which I purchased a while ago, is the mug with the quote from Stephanie Pearl-McPhee:
"The only things that will survive the apocalypse are cockroaches, twinkies, and Red Heart Supersaver."
At least the cockroaches will be warm and have something to eat.
There is so many amazing things at this store that I had to add her to my favorites! I love the coffee mugs w/ a notecard but really loved this rubber stamp - Ball O' Yarn with Crochet Hooks!

I love everything in her shop and she's terrific about putting together special packages. I so want her EZ notecards and mug - what a great gift for a knitter!

Ok-First I have to say thanks again to Heather for the most wonderful swap package! She is so kind and considerate and sneaky (I had no idea it was her even after spending a whole day with her!) and it's so wonderful that she lives so close. I will be making another trip to see her because she is so awesome!
Now, as for her shop-I am totally a huge geek (as shown by the TARDIS cookie jar she sent me in my swap package) and the Ravenclaw charm bracelet is absolutely wonderful! I totally love anything Harry Potter, and the bracelets are just fantastic little ways to show you're a fan.
Heather makes some beautiful stitch markers and spins a great yarn. She's very clever and a wonderful person to know! Keep up the stunning work!

That spindle hand-carved rubber stamp is so cute! That's my favorite, with the peppers and guacamole stitch markers in a close second. My favorite EZ quote is quite simply, "I have unvented something." So briliant.

I love the Hand Stamped Fiber Animal Notecards. So cute!!
I'll admit to my full-on love for Winemakerssister -- I already have a hive of honeybee stitch markers for Lampyridae's Clapotis KAL, and a lucky cat (red) and coin set. They're phenomenal and I keep reaching for them again and again.
The geek in me is in love with the Harry Potter stitch markers (http://www.etsy.com/listing/44887479/harry-potter-stitch-markers), and the cook in me loves the Salsa and Guacamole stitch markers (http://www.etsy.com/listing/46252231/salsa-and-guacamole-stitch-markers).
I like each and every one of her adorable stamps. I especially like the one that's a ball of yarn in the shape of a heart with needles sticking out of it.
