I would love to try vicuna or guanaco... I used to work with guanaco when I was in college (went to be a zookeeper)... but unfortunately I wasnt spinning at the time and never thought to collect the fiber... Man do I miss Squirt (he was a young guanaco that used to try and spit on us all the time) :)

I have never tried felting before so this looks like an exciting thing to do. I agree that the Teddy is incredibly cute!!!

Such yummy goodness! I like Cashmere 100 percent FAWN COLOR , Forest Fairie Top Baby Camel Baby Alpaca Silk Merino roving, and 100% Yak combed top roving to spin Light Brown luxury fiber. I do have xhampagne taste, don't I!

I have only needle felted a few times but I would love to do more. I really want the Grass Green Mulberry Silk Carrier Rods. I think it would be perfect for needle felting shamrocks or leprechauns for St Patricks Day.
