Plum Crazy Fiber Art Giveaway
This gorgeousness is mink fiber from Plum Crazy Fiber Art. I did a little research to learn about how mink is collected. It's much like angora in that the fiber is combed.
This is a natural brown, soft fawn color. You won't believe how soft this fiber is. For 1/2 ounce there's quite a bit here. I think this would be best blended into a longer stapled soft wool. I think I would blend it with Cormo. Maybe a nice deep green cormo carded together with this amazing mink fiber.
I found a lighter off white color in her shop as well. I think I will need to go shopping soon...
How do I win?! FIRST sign in on the giveaway widget above. You'll be given several options to gain entries to the giveaway.
The first, and only mandatory entry, is that you will go to Plum Crazy Fiber Art find something you love then come back here and comment about it.
You can gain an additional entry for each of the following: "hearting" the Plum Crazy Fiber Art Etsy Store, tweeting about the giveaway, or pinning a photo of the roving on Pinterest.
You will earn three additional entries for making a purchase in the Plum Crazy Fiber Art Etsy Store and sharing the transaction ID.
Thank you for supporting our independent artists. They are the only reason we have Phat Fiber to obsess over! This is the last giveaway of this round. Be sure to respond if I send you an email letting you know that you've won!
