Wandering Wool Yarn giveaway!

I think Wandering Wool has some of the most gorgeous yarn I've seen in a while! I love the color selection and every base that I have seen come in to the sampler, has just been outstanding. Take this Udaipur base, it's a lovely 50/50 merino/silk base that is so slinky and soft!!

Check out Joelle's shop- she's specialized in solid/semi solid beauties that will take your breath away! I have to admit, I have a yarn crush on the Seven Seas colorway! So many gorgeous things to choose from, It might be easier to just buy the club :)

Please visit Wandering Wool today, find something you love, and write about it in the comments section below. We'll be drawing for a winner later this week, so please use your social networking skills (facebook, twitter, plurk, pinterest etc) and gain extra entries by helping spread the good word.

Serve me up a little of that superwash merino worsted "Candy Yam", please!

I'm in a "want all the colors" mood, so my favorite item would be the sock yarn mini club. Normally the cranberry bog colorway is my favorite though.

I wants the Alpaca / Wool / Silk Yarn - Single-Ply DK Weight Yarn in Alpine Meadow Colorway.

My little fibre-loving heart is swooning at the blend and I just long to see how it would work up. I can't afford enough for the big snuggley poncho I *want* to make from it.... Maybe a cowl?

They're all such gorgeous, rich colors! Seven Seas is my favorite, but that's partly because there's no way I could decide between so many lovely shades of burgundy/wine/cranberry...

I admit I'm a regular lurker on WanderingWool. I think everything in the shop is drool-worthy, and I couldn't be happier about this giveaway (now all I have to do is win, lol). There are too many skeins in that shop that I love the most, so I allow myself not to choose one right now :)

Shared on FB and Twitter too.

It's so hard to pick! The colorways that jumped out at me are Black Currant, Pirate's Cove, and Leather Bound Book, but it would obviously depend on what I was making and for whom.
I like the idea of the mini sock skeins, but since I already never use my scrap yarn, they'd probably just sit around.

sue said...

MCN sock yarn - Cranberry Bog. Love this colorway! I'm in a holiday knitting mood and this is perfect. Lot's of beautiful colorways.

Having just been there this spring, I must choose Loch Ness Monster Teal Merino lace weight as my favorite. And I did 'favorite' it. It may jump into my basket soon!

I actually just bought Emerald Isle and am SO excited for that to come. Finding that deep of a green in a solid is really difficult, and I have just the pattern in mind right now! My other favorite is the Opalescent yarn in the blue. I actually saw this one (no in the blue though) at a LYS, and it is so smooshy and beautiful!
