A Farewell to Rocket Yarn and Giveaway!

A few days ago, Celena from Rocket Yarn, told our Phat Fiber group that she would be going back to her former career as an Aerospace Engineer. Although we are all sad to see Celena go, we are equally excited about her new career path!

Rocket Yarn is having a wonderful sale! Celena will be dyeing the remainder of her stock and putting it up 20% off of her already affordable prices. Everything is moving very fast, so you'll have to act quickly!

In honor of Celena and her work, we're giving away this beautiful 4 oz falkland braid in deep, masculine colors. Visit Rocket Yarn, find something you like and post about it in the comments section below- you may look through her "sold" items as her shop is dwindling very swiftly.
We'll be drawing for a winner tomorrow!

Celena, we all love you and wish you the very very best!

Thanks for the love. Phat Fiber rocks! :o)
As soon as it thaws out a bit outside (seriously, i thought i lived in florida) I will dye up my remaining stock and get it up in the shop. The dye shed doesn't have a heater and this florida girl can't hand 20 degree weather very well. ;o)

The Meteor Shower Astrobatt is lovely, and if I hadn't alloted my monthly fibre budget to an order already I'd jump on it. Wish I'd had a crack at the Seawool pencil roving plasma dipped blue/purple/grey, and the green/blue mohair top...

RTed! @owldaughter

All of her fibers and yarns are wonderful-the depth of color she gets with dye is extraordinary, but the one above reached out and touched this "Monet girl" with the greens and purples!
