The Critter Ranch Sand and Sea Giveaway!

Mondays are bad. Mondays when you lose an hour of sleep due to daylight savings time changes are worse. I don't know about you, but I'd much rather be relaxing on some beach somewhere than in front of a computer right now. Enter The Critter Ranch March samples! Sue's interpretation of 'sand and sea' was truly amazing! Waves crashing upon the surf, I'd be afraid to spin it to destroy this piece of art... almost ;)

There are a ton of spring-like goodies in The Critter Ranch farm store today- I especially love the 'adopt a Momma Llama' listings! I hear she only has few of these left, so if you want one, now would be your chance! Also, if you must have some Sand and Sea for yourself- just convo Sue and see what she can do for you!

Sue has generously provided a beatutiful Sand and Sea batt to be given away to one of you! Just visit The Critter Ranch, find something you like, and write about it in the comments section below. We'll draw for a winner later in the week so you can use this as a visual aid when daydreaming ;)

Thanks so much Sue for taking us away a little!

The real question is: What do I not like. LOL. And the answer is NOTHING! I love the Critter Ranch, she does amazing work. I am liking the violet and lilac roving and I am still in love with Midway Lights... Oh and cotton candy is fun. (that is how I like my cotton candy too, on the extremely rare occasion I get some LOL).

Well, if I spun (and one of these days I plan to...) I would want the violets and Lilacs top. It's gorgeous. But, in my current non-spinning state, I think I prefer the Deep Forest hand spun...

It's a beautiful green springy day here, with the wind gusting towards warm, and everything smells deliciously like growing things. I found tiny purple flowers popping up like a mist outside work today. I love Cammie's Camo yarn--it's just the same shade of fine, growing green as the buds on the trees. Really starting to love the South!

Bogna said...

Love the handspun yarn - deep forest - and I don't normally go for green.

When I saw this on the video, it was truly one of my favorites! Unfortunately, I wasn't able to bid on a box that, hopefully, would contain this gorgeous bit of fuzziness.
I grew up in Florida and the Sand/Sea batt (with seashells no less!) brought me 'home'.
Terrific packaging idea.
