It's a Colorful Life Hand Pulled Fiber Giveaway and special SALE

No vlog today- we had some crazy thunderstorms yesterday and this morning!

So, I have a confession to make. I knew I was going to be posting a It's a Colorful Life giveaway today and I went and bought a couple of things from her shop that I had been eyeing for a while before posting here. It feels like "insider trading" or something. Don't hate me, alright?

Jen's (jenknits on Ravelry!) daughter is graduating this month and Jen has decided to hold a very special sale to increase cash flow and be able to get her beautiful daughter a gift. She'll be offering a buy one, get the 2nd 50% off! Or buy 2 items at 25% off each. I look at this as full of win. Jen will be able to buy that gift, and you've just be given a real excuse to buy more fiber. Don't hate me, alright? :) I'm just making sure you have enough stocked for Tour de Fleece (Go Team Phat!!).

Please visit It's a Colorful Life, find something you like, write about it below and you'll be entered to win this beautiful "Blossoms" hand pulled roving set! Remember the sale, check out as normal and refunds will be issued after payment (it's much easier that way!). We'll count twittering, facebooking, ravelating, and blogging as extra entries too!

What gorgeous stuff Jen! There is so much to like, it is difficult to pick just one thing. But, if I must... I will pick the pixellated sock yarn esp the magenta-pink-orange. It is b-e-a-u-ti-ful!

What beautiful fibre treasires, so hard to pick a favourite.
I do love the colours of Passion though - that would spin up so lovely, as would all of them.

With strawberries finally having their 2 week season here in WI I have to say what grabs my attention is definitely the Kitchen Cotton Creamed Strawberries. I can vouch for the yarn being aptly named as I just finished a bowl of strawberries with almond milk (alas, no cream for these hips - I splurge on yarn instead)and half the joy is the yummy pink milk....this yarn makes me want to have another bowl!

I want some sea breeze in my life. It's not going to happen for real until later this summer, but in the meantime the Seabreeze SW merino would help a lot!
