Handknit Heroes

A sample I was uber excited about in Februrary was Handknit Heroes!

For those of you who didn't get the comic *ahem* graphic novel in their boxes, Handknit Heroes is the dovetailing of an action packed storyline with a craft we love!

When I found first found out about Handknit Heroes, I happily subscribed and eagerly awaited my copy. I found the storyline to be engaging and pretty "real" as far as graphic novels go. I adored the artwork and felt it was easy to look at and very thoughtful as far as color and line placement goes. After finishing it, I'm left wanting the second issue!

I also loved the hooded scarf pattern in the back. Wouldn't a subscription to Handknit Heroes and the supplies to create the hooded scarf make an amazing gift to the youthful knitter (or someone wanting to learn) in your life?

I'm proud to say, we'll be supporting Handknit Heroes through the purchase of advertising with them in the near future. I'm going to invite all of you to purchase your subscriptions as well, so you and I can talk about what is happening next!
