Liberty Fibers and *Giveaway*

Liberty Fibers sent in the most delicious fiber in last month's box. It was super soft and sparkly and I loved how you all spun it up! Judy O'Toole the one woman wonder behind Liberty Fibers, has set aside a listing in her shop just for those scrumptious samples- really they were almost an ounce so it was a generous 'sampling'!
Again, her March submissions are absolutely stunning. These colors speak to me! I got her box and started researching her some more online. I just love her blog. She takes beautiful photos of her surrounding Adirondack mountains and whatever else she is inspired by, and posts about them there. It is really a beautiful blog, and I'm glad I have her favorited now.
One of the many items I really pine away after is her sweater kit! I love her hand dyed "Labradorite" colorway and this kit looks like it wants to be just the yummiest sweater ever.
Do you have a favorite Liberty Fibers listing? If so, write about it below here, because Judy has sent in an amazingly soft and beautifully dyed hank of worsted weight alpaca (210 yds) in the most perfect-right-now for spring colorway. See above pics. Please visit Liberty Fibers and post about something you like below here. Remember to leave a way for me to find you should you win this indulgent yarn. I always count you for each additional post outside the blog (tweets, plurks, blogposts, forum posts etc) additional times- it's just another way you can help us spread the word about Judy and her amazing goods!
Thank you so much Liberty Fibers! We hope you will continue to let us sample your delicious yarns and spinning fibers!

The Midnight Moonlight sockyarn makes me want to dance in the bluebonnets by the light of the moon ... or eat a lot of blueberries, all good!

I'll bookmark it for the kits. One of my life goals is to actually knit a sweater for MYSELF.

OH my goodness! Her batts are lovely. Especially the Spring Sari colorway. I love the glitz she added (love sparkles). And I bet the silk will add a really neat texture and is super appropriate judging by the colorway.

If I were to create a yarn based on my beloved Rocky Mountains it would look like the Purple Melon colorway. Right when I saw it I was struck by the purple of the mountains, the browns and greens reminiscent of our multitude of lichen varieties, the pinks like the millions of little flowers that pepper that landscape...paired with a vivid bright blue shirt for the sky and I would be the mountains!

What wonderful natural colors and tones in all of the work. Absolutely beautiful!

Off to post on my blogger :)

Oh, the gorgeous PURPLE MELON hand dyed superwash sock yarn has me speechless. It's every beautiful colorway I love and I'd love to find a way to make a shawl as well as socks out of that vision of a yarn. Before my accident I'd walk around the property & love to look for the beginnings of spring with crocuses, grape hyacinths, mini daffodils coming up & I was in heaven. These colors make me think of that...a nice memory...a beautiful yarn. Thanks for the giveaway Liberty Fibers & Jessie
