Tactile Sock Yarn Giveaway!

Tactile Fiber Arts
has again, sent in the most amazing samples for the July box! Bundles of naturally dyed tussah silk and gorgeously saturated cotton yarn are jewels in this month's box!

Tactile is celebrating the summer of the sock! The array of sock yarn Tactile has on their site is amazing! I am especially in love with merino/tencel blends lately! They are just so shiny and scrummy!

We're giving away a full skein of Tactile superwash merino, bamboo and nylon sock yarn! It's 434 yards of squooshy strawberry deliciousness! Just visit Tactile Fiber Arts, and let us know what your favorite Tactile Fiber Arts yarn or fiber is! We'll draw for a winner on Saturday, and remember, if you twitter, facebook, ravelate, blog or plurk about this giveaway, you'll be entered twice!

Thank you Maia and MissBabs! We can't get enough of Tactile!

I really like the Sincere Sheep Fiber in Calendula. It is pretty neat that all of her things are naturally dyed and the Sincere Sheep Fiber (and yarn) is from local sheep.

Oh, the alpaca lace in any color!! The Kelp silk yarn is very lovely too!

I really like the fiber samplers. You get 1 oz of several different fibers to try out; in total, you still get 3-5 oz. of fiber (enough to make a fun yarn), AND you get to play with new/interesting stuff! My favorite is the ancient breeds sampler. I like the idea of spinning fiber from ancient breeds of sheep. You get 1 oz. each of Finn, Gotland, Icelandic, Norwegian, and Shetland. In keeping with this month's theme, i also like the Camelid sampler ;).

Cozy Knitting said...

How can one choose from this selection? I think I would like to tell people I knit these socks from yak fiber. That would be pretty cool. I also like the idea of supporting local farmers.
